295c8d914c Add periods input parameter 
This patch set adds new periods strategy input
parameter that allows to specify the time length of
statistic aggregation.

88187a8ba9 [Doc] Fix default value in workload_stabilization 
In this change set, Default value 'hardware.cpu_util' of instance_metrics
was changed to 'compute.node.cpu.percent'.
