Matt Riedemann	28df60e275	Fix base enable_plugin branch for grenade run We should be starting from stable/stein on the "old" side of grenade runs now. zhulingjie	647b5e9483	Drop use of git.openstack.org Our cgit instance will be going away and opendev.org is the new preferred URL for browsing our git repos.
