As a follow up to the recent test improvements for Ceilometer this patch ensures that the same test pattern is used for Gnocchi and Monasca as well. This ensures that the mocked functions will be called with matching signatures. Change-Id: Ic14a4c087f3961a4b4f373e2e3d792aba71868f6
