drops B320 profile from blacklist. Bandit no longer identify this
profile leading to tox -e bandit failure.
This profile is not listed here
https://bandit.readthedocs.io/en/latest/plugins/index.html#complete-test-plugin-listing.
so dropping it fixes the issue.
