The documentation for the DevStack plugin suggests changing the libvirt_opts value of /etc/default/libvirt-bin to allow for live migration between compute nodes. This changeset removes the incorrect spaces surrounding the equals sign in the file, which would cause the libvirt-bin service to crash.
