haris tanvir db3b5b30b2 HasLength() rewritten to assertEqual()

HasLength() based assertions are re-written to assertEqual() based
assertion to homogenize the test code base.

For example:

assertThat(.., HasLength()) becomes assertEqual(len(),...)
